How do I know which talent package is right for me?

What happens if I don’t hire a candidate you’ve presented?

Our goal is to present qualified candidates, but hiring decisions are always yours. On average, 80% of the time a credit is used, it results in a role filled, due to our extensive discovery to uncover your hiring needs and our consistent, proven process. In the event that you do not hire a candidate presented, we continue working with you to present additional qualified candidates for your review until your credits or agreement terms are fulfilled.

Are unused credits transferable to a different role?
Credits are tied to a specific role. In cases where a role is filled with one credit, the second credit is transferable only to a different opportunity if we’re hiring for additional roles under your package agreement.
